  Role: Site Reliability EngineerClient:  Apple (IS&T)As an SRE at Apple Cloud Technologies, I was the go to resource for multiple CloudTech platforms and services. I established and maintained multi-cloud monitoring solutions to increase observability and ensure high availability of all services. This included setting up AWS CloudWatch, Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus and custom metric exporters. Operating on-call, I ensured swift issue resolution and reduced customer impact. My automation efforts with Pulumi, Terraform, and Jenkins streamlined deployments.
