  Fleet Operations Manager

  Responsible for fleet wide operations management of 8 vessels operating across the UK. Commissioned and onboarded two first of class HS-OSC CTVs for the newly ISM compliant business leveraging my expertise in HSC and WBC as well as SMS implementation. I took these vessels from build completion to charter and was responsible for passing all associated surveys from both clients and flag state. Day-to-day management of the fleet, with responsibility for hiring new crew, managing crewing resources and recruiting office staff. Daily communication with clients and built strong rapport quickly to become the main point of contact for all charter needs. Departed role to balance family commitments with work and pursue client-side roles. Show less
