  I am the global project manager for our core project that aims to develop the first electric power steering system (EPS) for commercial vehicles. I am responsible for ensuring on-time delivery, managing the budget, and defining the project scope. I collaborate with multiple cross-functional parties and oversee the collaboration of customer project managers across all regions, crucial for the success of our customer projects.I also manage the project for implementing the electric power pack (EPP) sub-system. I steer the industrialization of the new assembly line, the sourcing of external suppliers, and coordinate internal suppliers. In close collaboration with my team, I guarantee the readiness of the electric sub-system to facilitate global customer launches. Show less
