  I was responsible for leading our project's design team. I conducted surveys, interviews and analyzed data to find improvements and features for the system. I worked closely with my leadership to align business goals and user needs. I also was responsible for organizing demands and delegated to peers.I participated in the creation of flows, wireframes, layouts and prototypes for interfaces. I also worked with user experience, mediating remote usability tests, interviews, group dynamics, market analysis and co-creations.
