Responsible to ensure TBTs are being carried out in true spirit in each shift, before departure of gangs and also ensure utilization of PPEs and SPEs by field staff through spot checking / safety audit randomly.Responsible to manage work distribution among complaints coordinators in his respective shift. Over all responsible to monitor all shift activities in Maintenance and Complaint throughout the shift.Ensure all complaints are properly registered and dispatched in time without delay.Responsible to arrange rectification of all electric failure complaints throughout shift leaving no pending complaint for next shift except few critical complaints where material issue is concern or coordination of other department required.Responsible to close all complaints at ISU- SAP as well as in MIS received throughout the shift.
