  Project Engineer

  A site-based role reporting to the Engineering Manager. Leading the ELV team in delivering the site-supervision of the implementation of a pre-defined design encompassing IT, ELV, Security and Fire Alarm infrastructure.Assisting and coordinating with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical design teams in maintaining design quality and project schedule with respect to Communications, Life Safety and Automated Systems.Managing a team of ELV engineers proficient in ELV systems and on-site building practises.Responsible for chairing coordination meetings with the contractors to ensure that the intended design is implemented. Responsible for regular site visits to ensure installation standard is satisfactory.Coordination with other Discipline Engineers (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical) as applicableCoordinate with design managers undertaking close-out work in all stages of the design development.Validate & check design drawings for IT/ Communications Systems & Security construction phases of the project.
