  Watching our evolution to a hugely successful, multi-specialty, AAAHC-certified ambulatory surgery center has been astonishing. I am proud that my contributions as a physician and as past medical director have been instrumental in the center's development. In my roles as a member of the Finance Committee and as a past interim administrator, I continue to support this outstanding enterprise. Launched the cardiac anesthesia service, focused on pediatric anesthesia, and provided expertise in the management of malignant hyperthermia at Poudre Valley Hospital.Established the culture of quality and efficiency for outpatient surgery through leadership and staff support at the Surgery Center of Fort Collins This center was the first facility of its kind in northern Colorado where surgical services were available only in hospitals.
