  - Manage all the civil , mechanical and plumbing building facilities scope for both the factories of nestle ( Nestle Dubai manufacturing , Nestle Middle East manufacturing )-Conduct Quarterly AMC for the building assets by managing the budget required and execution timeline with respect to the production running.- Conduct weekly inspections with vendors at various areas of the factories to maintain the assets.- Issue Work orders/PO’s for 3rd party services or material storing for the inventory based on the requirement.- Manage daily operations/work conducted by contractors on the factories on daily basis issuing work permits as per the guidelines of nestle standard.-Optimize Cost/Budget management methods for all the operations by researching on materials and different vendors for required scopes to ensure maximum competitive bidding prior to issuing PO’s for related scopes.-Maintain safe and risk-free works by inspecting & guiding contractors method statement/risk assessment on allocated jobs with alignment of safety team.- Manage the existing factory drawings and produce drafting changes of equipment/location based on the conditions.-Propose solutions and resolve any escalations related to building assets that might affect production operations.
