My capstone project was a comprehensive review of the available research on induced traffic and Minimum Parking Regulations (MPRs), provided a constitutional argument against MPRs, explored numerous MPR case studies, reputed common objections to eliminating MPRs, and provided a tailorable toolkit for advocates to launch their own parking reform campaign.
