Mr. Folick was also put in charge of all major enhancements to the current QNXT Enrollment systems (Budget: $1.6 million) for 2017 ACA Open Enrollment for the FFM and state based systems including all nine (9) states that Molina services. • Mr. Folick led a team of business analysts, developers, QA, UAT and business stakeholders to define the scope, requirements, design, resource requirements, test planning and delivery of over 30 scope items during a 9-month development cycle.
