  valerie tutor & associates, inc. is a small D.B.E. and Florida M.B.E. firm specializing in partnering and public involvement/information services as well as providing contract support, secretarial, EEO & ARRA compliance reporting and inspection personnel to prime CE&I firms in the road & bridge construction industry. Additionally, vta provides management & HR consulting and leadership/supervisory training to public and private organizations in Florida. In 1998, Valerie started vta and began by providing public information services and partnering facilitation to the transportation design and construction community. In 2001, the company expanded their services to offer secretarial/EEO compliance, contract support, and inspector personnel to larger engineering firms for placement on road & bridge design and construction projects. We are happy to play a small role on the design or construction management team providing support staff to the prime and the client. Valerie herself has provided partnering, public information and team building services for every district of FDOT as well as for cities, counties and almost every Expressway Authority located in Florida. Our client base has evolved primarily in the Florida transportation construction industry and includes state, county and city government agencies, CEI firms, and contractors working in all aspects of the industry.
