      As part of my Masters program for completing my 20 ECTS I am doing internship at TATA Steel Europe in the RD&T department. My work was based on validating the temperature model for the software used by TATA to recreate hot and cold strip rolling. It also encompassed validation of scale models and proposition of various methods to improve the accuracy of the software.

      Burner development along with design and development of other boiler components through simulations in Ansys Fluent and Ansys Mechanical and validation through experimental work. Simulations carried out for combustion and flow dynamics for design optimization in terms of efficiency, safety, acoustics, emissions etc. This internship was part of my Master thesis. I worked on a prototype design for a 15kW boiler for a new product line for Bosch Thermotechnology (Nefit B.V.) meant for some targeted markets. I mainly worked on high modularity, low emissions and ionization concept for this burner.
