  I provided utility coordination consulting services for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation in the North Central portion of the state and on "major" highway improvement projects. This involves working with public and private utility companies, WisDOT, consulting engineers and local units of government to create a plan for relocating utilities to have minimal impacts on highway construction projects.
