  • Presently working as HR Analyst for HRIS tool “WORKDAY” with experience of nearly 5 years [Workday went LIVE from Oct 2014] on this tool.• Worked on BP process flow/ data transfer from Old reporting tool to Workday and build of all base Reports, Calculated fields and Condition rules based on the business requirement on HCM and Recruiting end.• Experience in building Custom Reports on HCM and Recruiting side and involve in the build of various complex Calculated fields required for combining multiple BOs based on the Business requirement.• Worked on Recruiting module after Implementation to understand Business Objects and their relation to produce meaningful data for entire Candidate Stage [ Application Creation to Hired Status]• Created Workday Dashboards to bring multiple reports in place for easy user access, for quick insights and links to Datasets and Insights created outside Workday.• Knowledge of Workday BIRT (Report Designer) – Used the same for building different Letter formats such as OSHA Letters [300, 300A and 301], Termination Letter, Compensation Letter and others on similar lines.• Drive Weekly and Monthly meetings with Workday Users of Europe and US for requirement gathering of new requests based on business requirements and providing updates on current requests along with some regular insights on business functioning.• End-to-End Project Management – starting from Requirement gathering, Requirements review and regular Sign-off (in the start and during the Project), build, testing for various Outliers and support for Enhancements post initial LIVE.• Maintenance and creation of Dashboards in Excel with multiple graphs and data representation on a regular basis.• Major Dashboards build include “Promotion Dashboard”, “Turnover Dashboard” and “Offer Activity Dashboard”.• Currently working on Tableau integration with Workday Data Project, to leverage Data Representation/Analysis features for our HR Data Show less
