  In my capacity as Account Director and Executive Producer at Spinach, I was primarily involved in the agency's largest account, The Reject Shop. For this account, I managed numerous projects including across a number of channels, including print (catalogue and POS), TV, radio, web (digital and social strategy, SEO, display, eDMs, CRM) and also drove the launch of the loyalty program. My other key accounts were Jalna Yoghurt and Hudsons Coffee.Jalna - I helped relaunch the website from initial strategy through to deployment. I was also the key client contact for all day to day comms supporting all client needs and projects, big and small.Hudsons Coffee (part of the Emirates Leisure Retail Group) - I helped implement and onboard all franchisees to a social media scheduling platform (MomentFeed).
