Promoted to the rank of Sergeant.In 1984 he became a voluntary soldier.In 1988 he became a professional soldier in the rank of Sergeant first class.In 1988 he was promoted to the rank of cadet, after completing a civilian course on administrative procedures and the governmental course to became a military job description writer.In 1990 he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant second class.In 1991 he was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant first class.In 1998 he was promoted to the rank of Captain.
