  This was my first job after I passed the board exam and I got an administrative position. I was overwhelmed with the task that I was given but I made it to handle quite well for the past 3 years. Part of my job was mostly about staff handling and training. I do staff schedules, prepare sales reports, and conduct strategic planning as well. I also dispense medicines and conducts patient counseling which I enjoyed so much. I am also responsible for organizing the display of medicines and monitoring the near-expiry and expired medicines in my department. Also, I handled and trained intern students, pharmacy assistants, and newly hired pharmacists. I've been trained on good housekeeping, inventory management, purchasing of medicines through the ISO - 9001 training given by the government.   This is my first and favorite job I ever had. I worked as a front-of-house staff where I open the store and sanitize the fridge and all the counters in the store, and helped with the preparation of some ingredients needed in the kitchen. My main role for this job is being a Cashier where I set up and close the cash drawer for every shift, takes orders from customers, and helped with the expo part of the store where I prepare the needed cutlery and sauce for the customers, as well as do the final plating for the dish. I really enjoyed working here because this is all new to me and every day I meet different customers with different accents and I get to practice my English just by having a conversation with them. I love working here because it was a chill workplace, I love my workmates, and mostly I do appreciate them so much the manager. She is the best manager I have ever met in my entire life so far. She teaches me well, I get to learn a lot from her, and I treated her like my friend and my mom as well.   In this job, I used Fillware Software to fill, bills, and dispense prescriptions. I also organize the medication shelves in the prescription area as well as in the over-the-counter area. I am also responsible for checking the expiry dates of the medications that we have. If there are any expired items, I am responsible for creating a report about them and I will send it to the wholesaler. Also, I conduct RT-PCR & Antigen Testing in the pharmacy. I am enjoying my work here because I may be able to practice my Pharmacy Profession back home.
