Having done my Masters in Healthcare in 2012, I jump started my career in the domain with 3 Cube Bio Med Services, Mumbai. As a project engineer, I was responsible for planning/ leading /supervising product research to finalizing contractual agreement for biomedical products distribution for the firm. Floor Manager [September 2013 to September 2014 ] In the capacity of a Floor Manager, I have been primarily responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of my designated ward / ward’s. Functioning entails General Management responsibilities, Assessing Resource availability, Patient Care, Billing, Housekeeping and Maintenance responsibilities for the ward.
