      Project Description: Historically product-development teams used different technology stacks and systems which led to confusion, inconsistency, duplicated efforts and more difficulty in maintenance and troubleshooting for customers, sales and support teams who had to work across all products. The need was to unify one system with the enrollment, authentication, licensing, configuration stack used by products of another system. The goal of this unification efforts were to merge technology systems to reduce company overall maintenance and support efforts, and risk of errors due to confusion.Responsibilities: - Support Product Team and other stakeholders in alignment regarding unification project goals and timelines of delivery- Successfully introduced and implemented cross-team collaboration process for unification project to synchronize product development activities between number of teams to ensure constant value delivery- Together with Architect we introduced the Project Plan tool for unification project execution and control.
