Others include Warranty and Credit.● Review of Loan and portfolio projects to see if the changes implemented by the development team are in sync with the requirement of the Client. ● Escalating defects to the development team (Onshore and Offshore) to ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken timely thereby minimizing the impact on project deliverables. ● Maintaining a QA Weekly Status Report wherein the status of Projects delivered on a weekly basis and the defects raised were reported to the Onshore.● Weekly Calls with Onshore in order to provide the updates from the QA team.● UAT Testing of ‘Challenger’ Projects for Client TDB – Toronto Dominion Bank.● UAT Testing of forms for Client – ‘Assurant’ within strict timelines. ● Online testing of ‘Sinatara’ and ‘Manitoba’ Projects within critical timelines without having to compromise with quality.● Deployment of Jacada (GUI of the Convenience System) Projects in Production server.● Testing of Java Eapp as per the test cases provided by the development team.● Testing Webservices using Mindreef Soapscope● Adding users, deleting users, adding reports and deleting reports in Infopac.● Development of Jacada Projects as per the changes demanded by the Client.● Knowledge Transfer to new joinees in the team aided by documents prepared by me. Sessions were telephonic, via the communicator aswell as classroom.● Testing of critical Projects like Megaencryption, AD Rider and Substandard within timelines, reported bugs to ensuring deliverables moved defect free into Production.● Requirement analysis and worked on Estimates and prepared Unit Test Plans for upcoming LHP/CSS Migration Project. ● Knowledge of HPQC and AWD.
