  I am currently working on discovering main belt asteroids by analyzing the images obtained from NASA's PAN STARRs telescope which is located in University of Hawaii. I have successfully discovered two main belt asteroids (2020PG15 and 2022ON64) under the program. The discovery has been confirmed by the international astronomical union (IAU).

  The Sungrazer project

  I am currently analyzing images from ESA/NASA's SOHO spacecraft and NASA STEREO satellite in search of new Sungrazing comets. I have been working on digital image processing to locate faint and new comets. I use python and its libraries i.e. astropy, numpy and Matplotlib to process FITS images and then study the objects. I am also writing my bachelor's thesis on the title, "Discovery and Coronagraphic Observations of Sungrazing comets"

  As a participant in the International School for Regional Young Astronomer 2023, I attended classes on Stellar structure and evolution, Pulsating Stars, Binary Stars, Exoplanets, Cataclysmic variables (CVs), photometry and spectroscopy, observation plan.I practiced tools for the trade in astronomy by using IRAF and Linux, Phoebe for eclipsing binary stars, applications like Ubuntu, Python for image processing alongside introduction to the telescopes and other instrumentation at Lijiang and Yunnan Observatories to obtain suitable and valuable results of the astronomical observations.I practiced handling large astronomical data from Kepler, TESS, LAMOST, Gaia, to study binary stars and extra solar planets.I was trained to handle large astronomical data from SIMBAD, Vizier, MAST and Gaia Catalogue to obtain suitable photometric and spectroscopic results.
