      • Managed a number of contracts across North and West London, varying from mandatory provisions with the long term unemployed with significant barriers to employment, to voluntary programmes including NEET 18-24’s, the recently redundant & unemployed workers and unemployed graduates.• The contracts included those from the Department of Work and Pensions and the Education & Skills Funding Agency; the budgets ranged from £500k annually in a single office to £2m multi-site operations.• Led teams varying from 3 Advisers and a Trainer in the Uxbridge office to a multi-site team of 9 Advisers, 4 Trainers and 2 Administrators based in offices across North and West London.• Whilst managing the final year of The Work Programme, I achieved top provider in the country for outcomes claimed in November 2018; this was the first time for Reed in over 4 years. I kept morale high on a progressively reducing and challenging caseload, with entrenched barriers including health, addictions management and long-term unemployment. The final year forecast was for a net loss of £35k; by focussing on previous unclaimable outcomes, the programme was forecast to be £125k above budget.• Selected to manage the West London 50+ voluntary contract from initial implementation; delivering an employability programme of support to voluntary participants over 50. Project managed the full implementation cycle, setting up the 4 delivery sites, recruiting additional staff and delivering training to both North & West London teams.• Consistently achieved over 85% first time file validations against a company average of below 40%. Also responsible for managing the briefings inbox, answering written questions from MP’s and House of Lords, responding to COVID-19 testing queries from both departmental colleagues and external stakeholders.• Moved to the PMO team within the Testing, PPE and Vaccines division leading the strategy to combine many disparate stakeholder meetings within the ASC directorate into a single one; and a comms project to streamline external communications from the division.
