  • Gas Pipe Line Project from Jhimpir to Nooriabad Plant: This project was initiated for delivering of gas to Sindh Nooriabad Power Company (Pvt.) Ltd, required Cap 20 MMCFD. This project includes excavation, line joining, and line testing & backfilling. The project was accomplished in 7 months with fast tracking and crashing. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Fabrication & Installation of GRP Pipe Lines for Engines and Turbine: The project was initiated for the supply of cooling water to Engines and turbine for smooth operation. This project was accomplished in 7 months, which includes the scope of GRP Pipe fabrication, erection and testing. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Installation, Commissioning & Testing of Fire Fighting System: This was initiated for protection of the plant. This project includes Firefighting pumps Concrete padding, fabrication and erection of MS firefighting lines, HDPE underground pipelines for firefighting system. Pumps rated capacity is 1250 GPM. This project took 3 months to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Fabrication and erection of CMS (Customer Metering Station) & SMS (Sales Metering Station): This project was initiated for regulating Gas pressure and monitor actual flow and the consumption of gas from Flowmeters. This project took 2 months to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Installation of Mild Steel Water Tanks: This project was initiated for water reservoir purpose. Tanks include Firefighting Tanks (Cap 700 m3), Make-up water tanks (Cap 20 m3), Raw water tanks (Cap 35 m3) and this project took 3 months to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.   • Fabrication and installation of Water Booster unit at Ghugro pumping station (Cap 1,280,000 Gal/day): This project was initiated to meet the requirement of Sindh Nooriabad Power Company (Pvt) Ltd plant. Scope of the project is to provide 1,280,000 Gal/day to Plant for daily consumption. Consumption includes Gas Engines, Turbines, and domestic use. This project took 1 month to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Installation of Water pipeline from Ghugro to Plant (6 km) Excavation+ Line lowering + Testing + Backfilling: This project was initiated for the supply of Water from Ghugro Pumping station to Sindh Nooriabad Power Company (Pvt) Ltd Plant. Four activities were included in the project i.e.: excavation, line lowering, testing & backfilling. This project took 3 months to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Fabrication & Installation of Water booster unit for Make-up Cooling Towers: This project was initiated for Make-up of Cooling towers then cooling water circulates in engine and turbine to cool down the temperature of engines and turbine through the heat exchanger. This project took 1 month to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Installation of Desilting Tanks: This project was initiated for the RO plant to reduce the TDS percentage of pond water. Project additional scope includes installation of pumps for filling desilting tank, fabrication, and installation of air vent pipelines. This project took 1 month to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer.• Fabrication & Installation of Prefabricated Building: This project was initiated for plant labour accommodation. The project includes a kitchen, washrooms, dining area and living room. This project took 1 month to accomplished. I led this project as a Project Engineer. Show less
