These three UN agencies joined their efforts to perform strategic program for Africa in line with the World Bank Structural Adjustment General Program. The program was divided in 14 sub-programs with main objectives were to restructure and strengthen the Management Training Institutions in Africa. UNEDIL francophone regional office in Douala (Cameroon) covered more than 16 African countries and a Network with more than 25 members/Institutions.
