  A "Supervisor" it means for me a mixed between manager and team leader in my position as I have to keep a policy of my esteemed company for dealing with Agent, Distributors and Customers and all my team who will apply the policies of Asfour Crystal which is including export prices and local prices and policy of discounts.All of that I have to share and monitor for keeping in parallel both Asfour Crystal's Clients and Asfour Crystal's policy.I have to be a good monitor for all my team's orders & shipments to gain the satisfactions for all customers Local & Export. Show less I started my work from receive orders from our clients and sending to production and check with warehouse for availability and make all modification with client demand and additional orders and production shortage to obtain final situation and receive confirmation with payment and start my procedures with customs here in Egypt and prepare customs for our client's customs.
