Leveraged a $5M operational budget across five contracts and $1.3M in lab assets to sustain a critical network infrastructure. Built capabilities to support U.S. Government (USG) interestets. Oversaw systems administration for center development models and test networks valued at an estimated $3.7M. Created, planned, and managed the resolution of help desk tickets in support of center and all NATO Joint Commands. Responsible for Windows and UNIX system administration and troubleshooting. Experienced with VMware vSphere, network troubleshooting, ethernet and fiber optic cable installation and repair, and port scanning scripts Supervised desktop and server software configurations while developing, testing, and maintaining software and system programming scripts. Designed, built, and deployed an organization-wide security baseline supporting 550K+ systems. Built and maintained lab environment used for driver regression testing to ensure compatibility with legacy fielded systems. Coordinated the database administration and installation for a Military Personnel database supporting 17 personnel across two directorates.
