My primary responsibilities included: business development, underwriting multi-family properties, analyzing market trends, advising clients, and executing transactions from marketing to closing.

  Taking my experience working with multi-family investment properties, I started a residential property management company with a partner after leaving Marcus & Millichap. I was responsible for leading a team of people, creating systems, developing technology, and business development with the company. We grew the company to manage and lease hundreds of properties throughout the Greater Twin Cities metro, and sold the management contracts in 2014.
