  My experience has been nothing short of the real world experience with taking over the role of a Sr Safety Coordinator for my entire internship. This opportunity has given the confidence to lead meetings with Sr engineers in noise reduction and lead meetings such as first responder and safety committee. I have excelled in time management by learning how to not only lead the entire 1st shift Lockout/Tagout procedure and certifications, but also to manage all Personal Protective Equipment Assessments for over 700 operations, be the leader of a noise reduction committee and manage the progress of tasks, instruct safety and first responder meetings, and set up the entire sessions for audiometric testing 3 months in advance. I have also been able to be trained in an ergonomic system called HumanTech and completed a train the trainer so that I can instruct it to other employees. Show less
