  During the first week, I helped Medical Lab Assistants (MLAs) with delivering various specimens from wards into the lab, sorting them out into in-house tests and send-away tests. The second week consisted of shadowing biomedical scientists to ensure quality control and troubleshooting within the Abbott analysers. Additionally, I aided in correcting specimen labels to ensure correct diagnoses.
