  With this role, I take on a direct leadership position. As I continue as a senior, and a lead for my project teams, I additionally take on the responsibility of managing, coaching and leading a team of Experience Designers, hiring new talent and further developing our practice along with our leadership panel. I have been focused on digital transformation for clients in the packaging and container industry, fabric and materials industry, automotive industry, and pet supplies industry. Whilst I continue working on operational tasks within these industries, I have evolved to more strategic thinking and now step in to support in planning and leading projects with my colleagues and clients.
