  Civil lawyer.I deal with civil law, in its extrajudicial phase ("mediazione" and "negoziazione assistita", and also drafting of contracts) and judicial litigation, and mainly deal with the areas of debts recovery and family law (separations, divorces, regulation of underage children).However I try to maintain a wide working panorama, I dealing with Agenzia delle Entrate (Italian State "credit recovery agency") and with the violations of the Traffic Law.I find it fundamental to study and continuous updating, as well as being able to promptly change the method of approach and management of the tasks entrusted to me, also on the basis of the urgencies and unforeseen circumstances that one has to deal with on a daily.My work tools are mainly the PC (both with Windows and iOS systems ), the APP "Consolle Avvocati", giuridic databases and the e-mail.
