  Providing support to the Operations Manager and acting under their direction, ensuring that day to day operations of the Services are supported acting as an escalation point for Clinical and support staff for all operational matters. Oversee the daily patient pathway, from appropriate booking of appointments through to patient departure always putting the patient’s needs first.
