      Calibration of weights ranging in size from single pounds to 20,000 pounds to various class-accuracy for certification at Government Weights and Measures facilities. Set-up, performance, break down, data reducing, and reports made for engineering department. Design and production of test fixtures to engineering department parameters. Testing of force-translators (measuring in the ounce range) to load cells and load cell assemblies in the thousand ton and up range. Destructive testing performed for tolerance thresholds and detailed examination and analysis of samples of all modes tested load-cell (included use of lathe and Bridgeport milling machines).
