Workstation imaging and rollout. Software installations such as MS-Office, Adobe, Antivirus, email client etc. Configure and troubleshoot email issue with desktop outlook client and mobile phones. McAfee Endpoint Data Encryption (SafeBoot) software management to secure data. Support to remote users through Window Net meeting, VMware and VNC etc. Installation, configure and troubleshooting LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, ISP and Internet. Handle escalation from lower tier support engineers and support for VIP users. Video Conferencing support.E20, Edge95 and Telepresence Tandberg device. Installing IBM, HP, Dell desktop and laptops machines and Printers and scanners. Management Creation/modification/deletion of Users and groups Active Directory. Working on Remedy Tool for incident management process and flow up with vendors. Worked with virtual, physical, onshore & offshore teams (Onsite and Remote Infrastructure Management).
