  I am a former reserve (part-time) soldier with the Barbados Defence Force attached to the Barbados Defence Force Band. I performed all over the island at many churches, national and private events. I also toured Martinique, Trinidad and Jamaica. I also did basic military training in weapons, first aid, map reading, signals and fitness. I also had full-time military experience where I was attached to the admin troop working in the finance and pensions office as a local purchase order clerk.

  I worked as an office assistant in the accounting department. I handled customer queries, performed box office cashier duties, customer data entry, signed out cheques, prepared local purchase orders, filed and organised receipts, verified and organised tickets and provided any general assistance required.

  Police Officer

  I am a police officer attached to the Barbados Police Service Band. I perform regular policing duties while being attached to the Barbados Police Service Band. I also assist in preparing pay sheets for income derived from the band's performing engagements.
