Assisted customers with routine requests, maximized First Contact Resolutions, and improved processes.Communication - Published 11 Knowledge articles, including 3 comprehensive articles, for the Program Executive Office -USTRANSCOM (PEO-T), which covered restructured processes and workflows, information technology "How To" topics, safety, and general topics. Updated articles in accordance with command policy to inform coworkers of government opportunities. Latency was reduced, customer satisfaction increased, and career enhancement information was available.Problem Solving – Incorporated existing Microsoft products into the Personnel and Equipment Tracking System (PETS) to track personnel, equipment, and their attributes. A design review has been sent to the Web Page Design Branch for further consideration of this system's potential for broader use. ADPE custodians will be able to track equipment and personnel more easily, and generate reports with information such as directorate affiliations, contracting companies, equipment types, serial numbers, MAC addresses, and phone numbers on demand.
