      Worked as an analyst in the Data Analytics & Business Intelligence team of the Assurance (India) practice at EY for a year and a half, I was responsible for automating the standard audit procedures like bank reconciliation, process mining and other such procedures. This helped the audit practice save time and resources along with the satisfaction of performing audits on 100% of the data.       My project at Squark.ai aims at creating an AutoML pipeline that can process any structured dataset from any domain with no/minimal human intervention. The pipeline analyzes and pre-processes the dataset before performing feature selection. Then multiple models are trained on the transformed dataset in parallel. Finally, we create a leaderboard with top models along with their performance. A critical part of this pipeline is model interpretability. For each model, we compute the significant features along with their importance. Below are my contributions to the AutoML project:- Refactored the preprocessing code which helped decrease the time taken to pre-process the data by 20%.- Implemented ARIMA, SARMIA, and fbprophet algorithms for analyzing and forecasting time series data.- Implemented CI/CD pipeline for auto-scaling of AWS resources through bash scripts Show less
