  Until now my functions are management & Engineering of each MPLS service with several customers, in other words our goal is provide a good coordination with our team local & international to achieve customer satisfaction. Firstly As a Project Manager, my main role is coordinate our team jobs, local (CAPL, IP, Eng. Of implementations) international (Embratel, Claro (ARG. CH. PY. HON. CO. EC. And so on) UNINET, AT&T, LEVEL 3, Verizon) for implementation windows, make a conference call, make memorandum for each conference with customer, plan of implementation, provide reports for optimization, and general statistics that show our performance on each project. Working closely with the customer to achieve our goal that is to keep the kip’s as better as we can. Second, as Project Engineer, is coordinate our technical team for activities, I mean, our goal is ensure the technical steps for implementations, make conference with engineering team to understand the customer needs. Provide a plan of implementations for each MPLS link, with details of configurations, time for delivery, after that, make a conference call for activity with several kind of people, question, skills and so on. Tracing of each project, since design of solution, till the final implementation on site, keep touch with customer, engineering team, local and international team for any doubt or question. Task closure on PGLA system; provide documentation for schedule of activities & engineering.
