  As Head of Fleet and Estates for ARRIVA Transport Solutions I'm responsible for setting and leading the Fleet and Estates strategy managing all aspects of fleet a specialist fleet circa 486 vehicles (Ambulances and Company cars) and 35 properties’ across England. Growth has been key to our business as such I have been the project lead for complex multiple mobilisations and de-mobilisations (26 during my service with ARRIVA) including all aspects of strategic capital purchasing in both estates and fleet provision for national contracts, advising the board and group executive team on all matters relating to my fleet and estates portfolio across England. I have direct responsibility and accountability enabling the specification and sourcing of fleet in accordance with contract demand, critical areas of focus and accountability include Supplier Negotiation, Relationship Management, Acquisition, Optimisation, Brand Promotion, Fleet Administration and Compliance with outstanding ability to negotiate contracts and SLA’s with commercial acumen managing large budgets, multiple suppliers nationally including manufactures.I'm actively developing the strategy for fleet & estates capital investment, planning, execution and project management including; ensuring statutory compliance is maintained whilst developing the plan for all project related investment.I recently completed the IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management to comply with our parent company (Deutsche Bahn) vision to reduce our environmental impact in many sectors by 20% focusing on operational and environmental output ensuring communication and compliance to the business, suppliers and government agencies.
