   Sr. Manager Maintenance & Operations, From 1st August 2019 to till date.Successfully function in the capacity of maintenance and utility operations in-charge for 1.34MMTPA LPG import & storage terminal at Mundra.• Working as maintenance & operations manager and responsible for maintenance of all discipline of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation, with team of engineers and field engineers. • Condition and monitoring, preventive maintenance of various equipments like Gas compressors, Marine loading arms, LPG transfer pumps, mounded bullet transfer pumps, Fire fighting system, emergency DG set and Diesel engine driven fire pumps Substation 33KV transformers, and electrical network system. • Responsible for operation and maintenance of Boiler system (IBR 12MT to 14 MT capacity) , Water treatment plant for RO, DM and CPU generation, air compressor, cooling tower system of 1000CM3 cooling water circulation capacity.• Responsible for renewal and requalification of equipments like PSV, SRV, NRV & TRV, IBR certification and annual renewal.• Maintaining of all spare parts and inventory management with identification of critical spares for critical equipments like In-tank pumps, BOG/FG gas compressors, Bullet transfer pumps, fire fighting Deluge system of fire water sprinkling system.• Maintain list of shutdown work and equipment repair history on day to day basis.
