Screened applications to determine eligibility. Audited tax returns to ensure compliance. Called customers to obtain information necessary to make decisions for grant approval.

Followed company SOP's to ensure consistency of claim payments and made complex decisions based on experience when a situation was not specifically outlined in these procedures.
