These scholars are selected from countries recognized as emerging markets. I guide and coach them in developing powerful and compelling resumes that they use for networking with successful Thunderbird Alumni. I also coach them in being able to perform effectively in American-style interviews. Taught business communication, business writing and presentations to MBA students in all programs, in both face-to-face and on-line environments. Developed and delivered business communication workshops in more than 20 customized executive education programs. Coached students on resumes and job interviewing, leading to marked improvement in job conversions. Developed innovative writing program that all MBA students participated in. Provided one-on-one coaching helping students to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their writing process, and significantly improving the quality of their writing. Significantly reduced issues of plagiarism and increased professors' satisfaction with the quality of student projects. Taught business presentations and business writing to MBA students - both American and international students.
