      Responsible for strategic development and management of the London Events. Our events portfolio includes cycling, running, trekking and adrenaline based challenges. Direct line management and development of an Events Officer and Events Assistant.Responsibility for production, control, phasing, forecasting and reconciliation of the events fundraising budget.Main responsibility was the project management of Stroke Associations flagship mass participation event ‘Thames Bridges Bike Ride’ which has over 2,000 cyclists. I was responsible for all aspects of event management including risk assessments, course design, budget management, supplier sourcing and management, health and safety, catering, event entertainment, online and offline marketing, social media, participant recruitment as well as recruitment and management of a large number of volunteers. Raised £30,000 over target.Run to the Beat with 50 Golden Bond places and recruited additional 22 own place runners.Managed Stroke Association's bespoke 'Resolution Run, Hyde Park'. Included all logistics, marketing, administration, volunteer recruitment, budget and health and safety aspects. Recruited and managed over 200 volunteers for Stroke Association's Thames Bridges Bike Ride in May 2013.
