I provided visionary leadership and directed the strategy of the organization, resulting in a 37% increase in programmatic reach and over 80% increase in programmatic revenue from individual donors. I also launched a broad anti-oppression initiative that was integrated into all aspects of the organization's strategy and operations, resulting in 81% of staff and Board reporting more capacity to build a culture of equity and justice.
