  My career with Bank of America began originating loans in their refinance department. Lead the team in 2010 for conversion and total talk time. I also demonstrated solid sales production in both volume and units. In Dec ’10, our sales team was redeployed into a servicing role. Our focus here was to assist distraught homeowners stay in their homes. In this role, I identified multiple servicing GAPS and help provide solutions to upper management. I was viewed as a leader for my Team and Unit by both peers and management. I was promoted to a Proficiency Coach in May ’11 and spent 6 months in that role before getting promoted again to a Team Manager Position in October ‘11. As a Manager, I exhibited great attention to detail and was instrumental in developing reports that Upper Management across several sites still use on a daily basis. On a production level, my team was considered one of the highest performing in the organization.
