Examples being:Revitalized a company-wide email program and transitioned the remaining 80,000 workers to a cloud-based email solution, ensuring the security of Intel email and allowing workers to access email on all their devices.Mobilized the business, technical and support staff, together with security, legal, privacy and employee council representatives to produce a solid plan to move 45,000 employees to Office 365. Produced a comprehensive assessment to the company’s executives about the ramifications of using Google products within an enterprise environment after enabling access to these products for 10,000 employees across many business areas.Spearheaded a global cross-functional team to formulate a recommendation to the executives concerning the outsourcing of all the physical support of the company’s IT hardware (PCs, server, network, phones), enabling them to make informed decisions on the future support model of Intel’s hardware infrastructure.Engineered the roll-out of ITIL Service Management processes to two of Intel IT’s business segments, which resulted in the successful adoption of this customer-orientated model across all their development and support teams.
