I've successfully redesigned all aspects of scheduling by implementing data-driven improvements, leading to a marked monthly reduction of cost of goods sold (COGs) by optimizing Demand to Service ratios and forecasting models.Having led a team of analysts and workforce managers, I've directed multiple strategic projects including the development of hiring- and demand forecast models, employment models, and optimization and establishment of scheduling fundamentals.
