  My research involved the deposition of materials via ALD and CVD for photovolatic applications. Material groups studied also includes nitrides, doped metal oxides for high-k dielectrics and the deposition of metallic layers. The main focus of my thesis involved the depostition of zinc oxide nanowires and copper (II) oxide to form a pn junction. In addition, the low temperature deposition of copper metal via PE-ALD was studied.Techniques used in film analysis included four point probe, ellipsometery, XRD, Raman, XPS, SEM and TEM. Show less
