      Activities and Societies: I have been heavily involved in the Eco Committee at Clifton High since 2015 up to present, as part of this I got an interview on BBC Radio Bristol to raise awareness of the COP21 summit in Paris which resulted in the Paris agreement. I have taken flute lessons since 2016, as well as taking part in the school's orchestra plus being in the orchestra for the school production of Les Miserables. I been in the school's choir from 2016 and have conducted the Docklands Sinfonia at a school concert.

      Studying marine biology BI206F (one third of my study) and Extreme environments FRI1005 (two thirds of my study.)The Extreme environments course looks at how the human body and mind adapts to extreme environments.       Activities and Societies: Committee member of the University of Stirling Mountaineering club. As the climbing coordinator (volunteer role) for 2022-2023. I also successfully secured Vice Chancellor's funding which allowed us to purchase more equipment. I have also been elected President of the club for the 2024 to 2025 academic year. I am also a member of the University of Stirling Tennis club, Global Justice Stirling and the University of Stirling Wild Swimming Club. This degree allows me to explore my passion for protecting the planet. While also allowing me to follow my passion for the outdoors. As part of my degree, I will receive training that will help me become a better outdoor activity instructor including gaining my Mountain leader qualification.

      Work Experience

      I completed work experience for Spirit of Adventure on the Raleigh Estate near Dittisham, Devon. It was for 1 and a half weeks. I was assisting the instructors in their roles running school residential trips in the woodland of the estate. My role worked around helping children with their harnesses, teaching fire lighting and helping with the cooking.

      Myself and two other young climate activists were employed by a group of researchers from the GW4 alliance to help create a workshop called Stories of Hope. The workshop is planned to be delivered to a small group of young people about how they feel about climate change and what they hope for when thinking about a future Net zero world.

My role varied significantly from running tree climbing and fire lighting sessions to whistling and walking sessions, as well as cooking and cleaning tasks. I was working full time on a free-lance basis for just under 2 months between Monday to Friday.
