  -I was responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of database schemas, data pipelines, ETL processes, and dashboards to analyze user behavior in the Paideia LMS, including integration with tools like Zoom, tracking academic withdrawals, and supervising documentation. I used AWS Glue, S3, PySpark, Pandas, IBM Infosphere DataStage, Oracle, MySQL, Power BI, and MicroStrategy. I also coordinated the integration between DataStage and AWS Glue, optimizing ETL processes and reducing errors to less than 1%.-I integrated information between the Paideia LMS and the institutional transactional system using MySQL, Oracle, AWS Glue, PySpark, and Pandas. I also contributed to the design and development of the institutional data lakehouse using AWS Athena, Glue, S3, IBM Infosphere DataStage, Power BI, and MicroStrategy.-I was responsible for designing and implementing ETL processes and dashboards for managing student data and software usage in Fixed and Mobile Classrooms, using IBM Infosphere DataStage, Oracle, and MicroStrategy. Additionally, I designed and implemented ETL processes for Human Talent indicators with Pentaho Data Integration, Oracle, Java, JavaScript, and MicroStrategy.-I optimized and migrated ETL processes in PL/SQL and enhanced IBM Infosphere DataStage-based ETL processes for managing educational infrastructure, reducing execution times by 75%. I supervised the migration and upgrade of ETL tools and developed validation pilots to ensure proper process execution.-I designed and maintained dashboards in the institutional system at PUCP, providing key performance indicators related to faculty, courses, and surveys.
